Our CuraLymph range of comfort products encourage you 'get back into the flow'. Amoena has expanded its care concept to include product for those managing lymphoedema symptoms. This continues to expand on the Amoena Solution and continue the holistic approach of women’s care after breast cancer therapy.

CuraLymph complements Amoena’s sophisticated product line and sets another milestone in the effort to improve the lives of women diagnosed with breast cancer.

About 20-30% of women develop lymphoedema after breast surgery. Usually, lymphoedema does not occur immediately after breast cancer treatment, but is often delayed. With a large number of patients, the disease is frequently detected too late. Without therapeutic measures, the disease continues to progress and the impacts increase – with serious impacts to their quality of life.

Amoena has developed various care concepts to optimally support women in every phase of breast cancer therapy. The CuraLymph care concept combines products from all three focus areas: Recovery Care, Breast Forms and Shapers and Breast Care Apparel to support an optimal care solution every step of the way.

When wearing conventional tops and bras, tight straps and cuffs can constrict the tissues and thus impair lymphatic flow. The CuraLymph comfort collection has wide, padded straps and soft finishes, they are very comfortable to wear and some have a slight shaping effect.

Get into the flow

After breast cancer therapy, especially if swelling occurs due to radiation or lymph node removal, it is crucial to keep the body moving. The right amount of exercise is essential.. Exercise not only stimulates the circulation but also promotes lymphatic drainage.

The theme for new campaign for CuraLymph is “get into the flow” and features breast cancer survivor model, Karin (60). She demonstrates through gentle yoga movements how to stay in the movement, in the flow. The harmonious sequences reflect the design of the products, small details and the flowing movements are epitomised in the lymph flow.

With our products we want to motivate our patients to stay in the flow, to positively influence the disease and it’s prevention. Making an active contribution can often make a big difference. We want to support this with our products and strengthen self-confidence.
