Yes you are correct the size down would be a 5. I would however recommend going to your local retailer and have a qualified fitter check your bra and breast form size.

Can the 132N Leisure Foam be worn during the day? I purchased one after being fitted for a prothesis; When I got home and took it off to store it, I noticed it had 2 tiny holes inside. Is this the norm?

The Leisure Form is ideal to wear for sleeping.
This form is not a substitute for a weighted silicone breast form, which is designed for everyday use and provides your body with proper balance.
Occassionally there are some air holes that appear in the leisure form. If you are concerned at all please return to the place of purchase.

I have different sizes in this breast form which fit different bras ideal & lighter to wear for leisure & at home in the day
I love the lightness and comfort, I have just received my new one from amoena, you really get what you pay for with these, this product is amazing it's feels fantastic to wear, it is 2 years since my mastectomy and this is my everyday breast form.
I use this breast form for sleeping. It's good but very solid- I would not use it for every day.
I am very pleased with this breast form. I am a large size and it is realistic but comfortable as described.
