The new basic collection from Amoena
Breast Care textiles that are available all year long
As a leading provider of medical devices for women after breast surgery, Amoena has set high standards within healthcare for many years. In addition to post-operative recovery care products and the world's largest selection of breast forms, pocketed mastectomy bras and pocketed swimwear, form another important element in the Amoena product world. After breast surgery, the bra is more than just lingerie - for women, it becomes an active part of their personal health care. Therefore, it is important that women feel comfortable in their clothing, even after therapy.
All Amoena Breast Care Apparel have a whole range of special features, such as integrated invisible pockets on the inside, high cut side panels and a supportive, anatomically shaped underbust band to ensure breast forms and shapers remain firmly in place. In addition to two annual seasonal collections, there is a wide range of highly favoured underwear and swimwear styles that are available all year round as a permanent collection.
„"The 2022 permanent collection has the motto of, ‘My new favourite piece’. Our most popular bestseller styles are currently available in eight colours. From simple and beautiful, to modern yet timeless, there’s something suitable for every individual, whether it’s radiant white to rosy nude, to deep black," says Melanie Zimmer, Product Manager for Breast Care Apparel at Amoena. Due to the wide variety of cuts and models with the most diverse functions, there is a perfectly fitting bra for every woman.
Besides the high standards of design, Amoena places particular importance to wearing comfort. In addition to the ordinary mastectomy bras, there are also bras with special functions (e.g. front closures, strapless or sports bras) and bustier bras. All textiles are allergen-free and made from STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certified materials. Furthermore, all Amoena bras and swimwear are considered medical devices and are periodically reimbursed or subsidised to patients by health insurance companies.
