Is this meant to be worn over underwear or as underwear? Also, please provide information and pictures regarding the fabric for the crotch.

This garment is designed to be worn as underwear and has a cotton Gusset which needs to be washed everyday to keep the maximum compression.You can of course wear your own underwear underneath if you prefer, but the garment will still need to be washed everyday. We are so sorry we do not have pictures of the actual crotch.
