I am about to have a cavity shave and an uncertain about how much tissue will be removed as it all depends on what the surgeon finds. What size form is suggested for this scenario? A fairly small one?

this is very difficult to say as we cannot see what will be left before the operation. We would say that you should order the correct size to fit your current bra as the filling can be removed if it is too much. so say you are a 36B you would order a 05-06.
