Intended Use

Breast prostheses are required for visual compensation and maintenance of body symmetry (weight compensation) after partial or complete removal of the breast following breast cancer or other diseases, as well as in cases of breast deformity or involution of the breast.

Please ensure that the product is cleaned correctly after use and that you use the skin condition products for your skin too.

Bra size is 38C, mastectomy to Right Breast. ...

Bra size is 38C, mastectomy to Right Breast. Currently have Amoena 340 Energy Light 3U size "8". Time for new prosthesis. Not happy with size or weight of current prosthesis. Feel prosthesis is too heavy and keeps popping out of the top of prosthesis bra. WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND I PURCHASE?

If weight is an issue then you may want to look at the Energy Cosmetic but this is only in the 2S & 3S shape, alternatively the Xtra light  but this is a 2S shape. We would recommend a bra & breast form fitting if it has been some time since your last one, as body shapes change and the 3U size 8 may not be the only choice for a future breast form and a fitter would be able to give much better advise based on being able to try different forms on you.

If you look for any of the symmetrical forms denoted by an S in the code and also an SN which is narrower this should keep the form away fro your sensitive area.

Hello I have been supplied with Energy Light 2U Size 5 but they are different shape to my last ones. What cup side is 5 meant for - I have had a double mastectomy and these dont fit my bras as well as my last ones and the breast form that overhands the pocket sticks to my skin. Thank you

Hello Marilyn,

The 2U is a universal fitting so can be worn on either side and in any position.

it may take a little while to get the right fit and the most comfortable way to wear it.

My reconstructive surgery was on the left side ...

My reconstructive surgery was on the left side and I have not completed the phase of surgery to even out the two breast so my natural right breast is size B smaller than my reconstructive size size C. I need a form for my right size to increase and make up the difference between a cup size B and a cup size C. My diameter is a size 44. Please make a suggestion as to the correct size of form to order. Thank you.

I'm afraid It's very difficult to size without seeing you but using the information that you have given us its sounds like you could try a balance Natura Delta md220 size 9 , this would be a good starting point to try and then you can exchange for a different size etc if necessary. My breast size was 44e my right breast has been removed thus leaving a mess . I cant seem to get the right size or shape to fit me . Some say 13 and some say 14 . I have bought both but are so heavy it hurts my shoulder and back . Can you recommend one please .

Answer

We would say that perhaps the adapt air might be suitable as it can be pumped up or let down . It is very light as in the Xtra Light is 40% lighter than a standard form.
