Question
I am looking for a soft seamless bra to wear following breast reduction (have very sensitive skin) and seams/elastic on current bras are uncomfortable. Can you help please?
Answer
The Frances bra is a very soft cotton bra that is very comfortable but it does have a small seam running vertically from the under band to half way up the cup. The Katy bra may be worth looking at as although it is not cotton the material is very soft and it has no seams on the cup area of the bra. I am having breast surgery in 5 days time and have been advised to purchase some suitable bras for my post surgery recovery. I am a 34 G in a standard bra and i'm having real problems finding any post surgery bras in that size. Please advise.
Answer
The Frances bra does not go up to that sort of cup size. If you require a front fastening bra you could try the Theraport bra code 2161 as that fits up to a G cupsizing - what corresponds to 36B?

Question
I am having surgery next week and have been advised that I need a non wired bra to wear post surgery. I am looking at front fastening bras, what size should I order for 32E?
Answer
Hi Amy,
We would recommend the Frances bra post-surgery; this will give you the adequate support needed.
You would need to be measured to get an accurate size. Our fitting consultations are currently suspended; however, you can still have the measurements done personally. You’ll need to take your under bust measurement (in inches) and from the centre of your chest wall over the fullest part of your remaining breast to your spine.
