Description
The Pamela post-surgical seamless compression bra is hygienically prepared for direct clinical use in the operating room through a pre-washing and disinfection process. It stabilizes the post-surgical site through special knitted zones on the underside of the cup; other special knitted zones and a targeted high pressure level support lymphatic drainage and the healing process. Seamless fabric is gentle to sensitive skin. Our Pamela bra is designed for medical professionals to apply to patients directly after surgery, so it’s only available for hospitals, retail stores, and clinics to buy. All sales are final, no returns can be accepted. The Pamela Post-surgical Bra is the replacement for the Patricia Compression Vest.

Question
I have breast cancer and am going to have a double mastectomy with no reconstruction soon. I will be completely flat chested or possibly even slightly concave. Which bra would work best for maximum compression after surgery? There are so many choices! I kind of like the Pamela I measured my chest under my breasts, 31. Above my breasts, 33-34-this area is hard to measure as current breast tissue will be removed. I am 59, small breasted and have a pretty narrow frame. Thanks for your guidance.
Answer
Without knowing the exact level of compression the you need, I would suggest that you start with the light compression like the Leyla Post-Surgical Compression Bra. The Pamela bra is a high compression bra mostly used for reconstruction. If possibly, please visit our website to find a retailer in your area that would be happy to assist you with fitting and purchasing an Amoena breast form. http://www.amoena.com/us-en/retailers/Did Pamela replace Patricia kit?
