I have worn the Amoena Natura 3A 651, size 3L since 1990. What is the difference between that one and the Essential in a comparable size and shape?

The Essential Breast forms are designed more for after surgery and have a single layer silicon design, where are the Natura 3A has a 3 layer design that is lighter in weight and has cooling fetures.
