could you please explain the practical use of the low back converter. Do you think it will offer most stability when bilateral mastectomy ?? will it keep the bra down?? is it available in Europe?

The Low Back Converter is only available in the UK and the US for purchase. Because the body structure of each woman is different, it would be difficult to tail you if it would would well for you, but it is designed to lower the back of the bra and keep it from raising.
